We process account details such as email address, role, login status, order access, and support notes needed to operate the platform.

For buyers, we process checkout details, order status, service choice, intake answers, revision requests, deliverables, download access, and support communication.

For coaches, we process profile content, service listings, questionnaires, Stripe account status, payout references, order fulfillment activity, and support/admin notes.

Intake forms may include goals, food preferences, allergies, dietary restrictions, routines, and practical meal-planning context.

YourMealCoach is not intended for medical, clinical, minor-related, or emergency nutrition requests. Do not submit diagnoses, medical records, medication details, or clinical treatment instructions.

Where intake answers include sensitive health-related information, we use it only to support the purchased meal-planning service, platform support, safety review, and legal/accounting obligations.

We use data to run checkout, create and secure accounts, collect intake answers, let coaches fulfill orders, deliver files, support revisions, handle refunds, prevent misuse, and keep financial/admin records.

The main legal bases are performance of the service contract, legitimate interests in operating and securing the marketplace, legal obligations for accounting and consumer support, and consent where the interface asks for it.

Key service providers include Stripe for payments, verification and payouts; Supabase for database, authentication and storage; Resend for transactional email; and Vercel for hosting and deployment.

These providers may process data outside the Netherlands or the European Economic Area under their applicable transfer safeguards and processor terms.

Order, payment, refund, and accounting records are kept as long as needed for legal, tax, dispute, and platform administration purposes.

Account, intake, deliverable, and support data are kept while the account/order relationship is active and then deleted, anonymized, or archived when no longer needed unless legal retention applies.

You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or withdrawal of consent where applicable.

We may need to verify your identity and may retain records where required for legal, tax, dispute, fraud-prevention, or accounting reasons.

Access is protected with email-code login, role-based access, server-side checks, and restricted storage paths for order deliverables.
