YourMealCoach Terms of Use

A plain-language overview of how the marketplace supports buyers and invited coaches.

YourMealCoach is a marketplace for general fitness and wellness meal-planning services. YourMealCoach is operated by EchoTags, a sole proprietorship registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 88549240.
Coaches sell and deliver their own services through the platform. For coach services, the coach is the seller and contracting party; YourMealCoach provides the marketplace, checkout, account access, workflow tools, and platform support.
Payments are processed through Stripe. A 15% platform fee is retained by YourMealCoach and the remaining coach share is paid through Stripe Connect when the connected account is eligible for payouts.
Coach services are custom, but they are not medical nutrition therapy, diagnosis, or clinical advice.
Buyers are responsible for providing accurate checkout and intake information.
Coaches are responsible for staying within platform policy, turnaround commitments, and the service scope they publish.
Fulfillment begins once payment is complete and required intake is submitted.
Consumers in the EU normally have a 14-day withdrawal period for online purchases. Because these services are custom and the coach may start before that period ends, checkout asks the buyer to expressly agree that the coach may start after required intake is submitted. If the service is fully performed after that consent, withdrawal may no longer be available for the completed service.
Before the required intake is submitted, buyers can contact support to request cancellation or withdrawal. After intake submission or once coach work has started, refund eligibility depends on work already performed, order status, the coach's service scope, platform policy, and applicable consumer rules.
After a coach delivers the meal plan, buyers can request an included revision when available or mark the order complete. Delivered orders may be completed automatically after the platform's review period when no revision is requested.
Refund and withdrawal requests are handled through support@yourmealcoach.com. Include the checkout email, order ID, coach name, and reason for the request. Where a refund is approved, YourMealCoach processes it through Stripe.
Coach payout timing depends on Stripe account verification, payout schedule, currency, country, and payment risk checks.
